    Back Up Apps:

    1. From the home screen, tap "Apps"
    2. Access "Settings" and swipe to "Personal"
    3. Tap "Backup & reset" and then mark the check box associated with "Back up my data"

    Back Up Contacts:

    1. Open the apps drawer and go to the phone's "Settings" menu
    2. Swipe to "Personal"
    3. Tap "Backup & reset" > "LG Backup service" > "Backup"
    4. Choose to save location of the backup file, between "Internal storage", "SD card" and "Cloud"
    5. Tap "Next" and mark the "Personal data" option while clearing all the other
    6. Tap "Next" > "Start" and wait for the process to complete
    7. When the "Back up completed" message pops-up, tap "Done"

    Back Up Data on the SD Card:

    1. Go to the phone's "Settings" menu
    2. Swipe to "Personal" and tap "Backup & reset"
    3. Tap "LG Backup service" > "Backup"
    4. Tap "SD Card" followed by "Next"
    5. Select the items you want to back up and tap "Next"
    6. Tap "Start" and wait for the process to complete. It may take a few minutes
    7. At the "Back up completed" pop-up, tap "Done"

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the LG G Flex 2 to your computer via USB
    2. When (if) prompted, tap "Media sync (MTP)"
    3. In the AutoPlay window on the computer, select to browse the phone's files and folders
    4. Locate the media files you wish to back up
    5. Copy the files and transfer them to the desired backup location on your PC's HDD
    6. After the transfer is done, click the "Mass storage device" icon in the system tray, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the computer

    Back Up Media Files on the Smartphone:

    1. Launch the phone's "Settings" menu
    2. Swipe to "Personal" and tap "Backup & reset"
    3. Tap "LG Backup service" and then select "Backup"
    4. Choose to back up data on the "Internal storage", "SD card" or "Cloud"
    5. Tap "Next" and mark the check box associated with "Media data" (clear the rest)
    6. Expand the "Media data" directory to select or deselect individual files that you wish or don't wish to back up
    7. Tap "Next" > "Start"
    8. When the "Back up completed" message appears, tap "Done"
