    I just got a new unlocked Kyocera Duraforce Pro and I have gotten service with Ting. I have enabled hotspot on my Ting account, but when I try to turn it on, I get the message "Couldn't run a subscription check. Please connect to the internet and try again." Is there some setting in the phone I am missing that is blocking the feature from working. It is a Verizon phone, but it's unlocked for GSM carriers and I have all the APN settings all set for Ting.
