    Share iPhone Contacts Using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access you can sync your iPhone contacts with a Google account. Then you can sync the account’s data – including contacts – with the Android phone.

    1. Connect the iPhone to your computer via USB
    2. Launch iTunes on the computer
    3. Click the iPhone in iTunes and access “Info
    4. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
    5. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    6. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
    7. Wait for the sync to complete and switch to the Android phone
    8. Register the same account used in iTunes on the Android phone
    9. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android device

    Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts have been backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer with an active Internet connection and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/ and sign in with your iCloud account
    3. Access “Contacts
    4. Select the contacts you want to share
    5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    6. After the vCard has been downloaded, follow one of the steps below:
      • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts” or:
      • Connect the Android phone to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook via “Contacts

    Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer connected to the Internet, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

    1. Visit the App Store and install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
    2. Launch the app and tap “Backup” to create a vCard file containing your iPhone contacts
    3. After the backup is done, tap “Email
    4. Compose a new email and make sure the vCard is attached
    5. Send the email and attachment to your own address
    6. On the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard attachment
    7. Import the vCard to your phonebook using “Contacts

    Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Another third party app you can use on iOS and Android is Send Anywhere. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring a computer.

    1. Go to the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
    2. Install the app on the Android phone via the Play Store
    3. Launch the app on both smartphones
    4. Tap “Send” > “Contacts” on the iPhone
    5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send
    6. Select a transfer method on one of the devices and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
