    Block Calls From a Contact:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All contacts”
    3. Tap the contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” and access “Menu”
    5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Access “All Contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Launch “Messages”
    3. Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
    4. Tap “Menu” > “People & options”
    5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    6. Tap “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked contact / phone number will be moved to archives.

    Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

    1. Launch “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Archived”
    3. Select the desired conversation thread
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
    6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Press “Menu”
    3. Access “Settings”
    4. Tap “Call forwarding”. NOTE: This option might be missing if it is not supported by your carrier
    5. Select or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to (or select from Contacts)
    6. Tap “Enable”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
    6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Open “Settings”
    3. Tap “Call forwarding”
    4. Select “Always forward” or a different forwarding option you want to turn off
    5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
