    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All contacts” and select the phone number/contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    4. Turn “All calls to voicemail” ON

    Unblock Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Access “All contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit”
    4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages:

    1. Launch Google Messenger
    2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact whose future messages you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
    5. Press “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation thread will be archived, same as any future messages from the blocked contact. Notification alerts are disabled for archived items.

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch Google Messenger
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Archived”
    4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
    5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    6. Press “Menu” again
    7. Access “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Access “Settings” > “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
    4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, you can select an existing contact
    5. Tap “Enable”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
    5. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Call forwarding”
    4. If necessary, tap the forwarding option you want to turn off
    5. Tap “Disable”
