    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Contacts”
    2. Go to “All contacts”
    3. Select the phone number/contacts you want to block
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” ON

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Access “All contacts”
    3. Select the contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
    5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

    Block Messages:

    1. Open Google Messenger
    2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
    3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
    4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

    NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived and notification alerts are disabled for all archived messages.

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Launch Google Messenger
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
    3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
    4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
    5. Tap “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
    6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by the carrier)
    4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and select existing contacts from the phonebook
    5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Access “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
    5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
    6. Tap “Update” / “Enable” to confirm

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to disable
    4. Tap “Disable” to confirm
