Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the LG phone to the computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media files on the PC storage
    5. Transfer the files to the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Notifications” folders
    6. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Switch to “List view” if necessary
    3. Scroll to “Device” and tap “Sound”
    4. Tap “Ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “OK” to confirm

    Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts stored on the phone’s internal memory or the SIM Card.

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Select the desired contact
    3. Tap “Edit” > “More”
    4. Tap “Ringtone”
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”

    Change Incoming Email Alert Settings:

    1. Launch “Email”
    2. Tap “Menu”
    3. Go to “Settings”
    4. Scroll to “Accounts & Sync”
    5. Select the desired email account
    6. Enable “New Emails” under “Notifications”
    7. Go to “Notification sound” and select the desired notification ringtone
    8. Optionally, turn “Vibrate” ON or OFF

    Change Emergency Alert Settings:

    1. Open “Messaging”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Go to “Advanced settings”
    4. Tap “More” > “Emergency alerts”
    5. Scroll to “Receive alerts” and manage “Imminent severe alerts”, “Imminent extreme alerts” and/or “AMBER alerts”
    6. Under “Sound and Vibrate”, select to enable or disable “Alert sound” and “Alert vibration”
