Is there a way to unblock a number that's not saved to contacts that keeps being blocked even after you unblock it? There seems like there's a bug with my A30. Everytime I unblock a number that's not a contact, it keeps on staying unblocked after you go back and retrieve the phone history. It doesn't seem to save the unblock. Any clues on how to fix this issue? I even had the issue with a contact.

Block Incoming Calls:

1. Launch “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the contact/phone number you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to block
3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
4. Press “Block [phone number]”
5. Tap “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notifications are turned off for all archived items.

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
3. Select the conversation thread exchange with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
5. Press “Menu” again
6. Access “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or select a contact from the phonebook
6. Tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Settings”
4. Go to “Call forwarding”
5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
6. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
7. Tap “Enable” / “Update” to confirm

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
5. Tap “Disable”
