Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
3. Access “Block numbers” and follow one of the steps below:
   
   • To block a new phone number: enter it and make sure the match criteria is set to “default”
   • To block a phone number or contact from the phonebook or call log: go to “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the phone number/contact you want to block
   • To block unknown callers: enable “block unknown callers”

Unblock Calls:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Block numbers”
4. Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number/contact you want to unblock

Block Messages:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “Block messages” > “Block numbers”
4. Enter the phone number you want to block or tap “+” and select a contact from “Contacts” or “Inbox”
5. Press “Back” to confirm

Block Messages from a Phone Number:

1. Open “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Block numbers”
3. Tap “Message block” and set the slider “ON”
4. Press “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages:

1. Launch “Messages”
2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
3. Tap “Block numbers”
4. Press the “-“ symbol next to the phone number you want to unblock

Clear the Call Log:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Access “Recents”
3. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
4. Select the call log entry you want to remove
5. Tap “All” > “Delete”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
3. Tap “more settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select “Always forward”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Turn on”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings” > “More settings”
3. Go to “Call forwarding”
4. Select to “Forward when unanswered”, “Forward when unreachable” or “Forward when busy”
5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively you can select a contact from the phonebook
6. Tap “Turn On”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Access “Settings” > “More settings”
4. Tap “Call forwarding”
5. Select the forwarding option you want to disable if needed
6. Tap “Turn Off” to confirm
