Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, including contacts, with the Android device.

1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
2. Open iTunes on a computer and click the iPhone in iTunes
3. Go to “Info” and enable “Sync Contacts With”
4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
5. Log in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
6. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
7. After the sync completes, switch to the Android device and sign in with the same account used in iTunes
8. Set the account to sync contacts with the Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in with the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

1. Open the Internet browser on the computer
2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
3. Sign in with your iCloud account
4. Access “Contacts”
5. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard”
6. Follow one of the steps below:
   
   • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts” or:
   • Connect the Android phone to the computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook via “Contacts”

Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with Internet access, alternatively you can use third-party apps to share your iPhone contacts. My Contacts Backup is a third-party iOS app that can back up and share iPhone contacts via email.

1. Go to the App Store and install My Contacts Backup on the iPhone
2. Launch the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
3. After the vCard is done, send it to your own email address as an attachment
4. Switch to the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard
5. Import the vCard using “Contacts”

Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Another third-party app you can use on Android and iOS is Send Anywhere. The app uses a peer-2-peer connection to share contacts and other file types, cross-platform, without requiring computer access.

1. Install Send Anywhere on the iPhone via the App Store
2. Visit the Play Store and install the same app on the Android device
3. Open the app on both smartphones
4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts”
5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send”
6. Choose a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
