    Back Up App Data:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Go to “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset” > “Google Backup”
    4. Enable “Back up my data”

    Back Up Contacts to an LG Account:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Access “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset”
    4. Tap “LG Backup” > “Backup & Restore”
    5. Access “Back up my data”
    6. Log in with your LG account
    7. Select “Personal data” while deselecting the other options
    8. Expand “Personal data” and ensure “Contacts” is checked
    9. Tap “Start” > “Done”

    Back Up Contacts to SD Storage:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Tap “Backup & Reset” under “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “LG Backup & Restore”
    4. Tap “Backup data”
    5. Select “SD card” and the desired contacts
    6. When ready, tap “Start” > “Done”

    Back Up Media Files:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Under “Phone Management” tap “Backup & Reset”
    3. Tap “LG Backup” > “Backup & Restore”
    4. Select “Media data” while deselecting the other options
    5. Expand “Media data”
    6. Select the media files you want to back up then tap “Start” > “Done”

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
    2. On the phone, enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” at the prompt or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer
    4. Locate the media files or the backup files ending with the “.sbf” extension on the phone storage
    5. Copy and paste the files to the desired backup location on the computer
    6. After the transfer completes, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
