Got a Blu Studio 5.0C HD that's stuck in boot loop. Have to remove battery to shut phone down. Can use "hard reset", but that accomplishes nothing. Once, it did make it past boot loop, but then all I got was "Unfortunately, the process, android process, acore has stopped" and "OOBE isn't responding" I've hard reset about a dozen x's and it hasn't accomplished anything. I would like to make this a working phone again. So, would appreciate any help/good advice that can be offered.
