Block Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Access “All contacts”
3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

1. Open “Contacts”
2. Go to “All contacts”
3. Select the contact you want to unblock
4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu’
5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Select the conversation exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to block
3. Tap “edit” > “People & Options”
4. Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”

NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages from the blocked contact will be archived. Notification alerts will be disabled for all archived messages.

Unblock Messages:

1. Open Google Messenger
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Archived”
4. Select the conversation exchanged with the phone number you want to unblock
5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive” > “Menu”
6. Access “People & options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu” and go to “Settings”
3. Tap “Call forwarding” (this option might be unavailable if the feature is unsupported by your carrier)
4. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding and tap “Enable”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

1. Open “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select to forward calls “When unreachable” “When unanswered” or “When busy”
5. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
6. Tap “Enable” / ‘Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

1. Launch “Phone”
2. Tap “Menu”
3. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
4. Select the forwarding option you want to turn off
5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
