    Back Up App Data:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Go to “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset” and select “Google Backup”
    4. Enable “Back up my data”

    Back Up Contacts to an LG Account:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Access “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset”
    4. Access “LG Backup” > “Backup & Restore”
    5. Tap “Back up my data” and log in with your LG account
    6. Select “Personal data” and deselect the other options. Expand “Personal data” and check “Contacts”
    7. Tap “Start” > “Done”

    Back Up Contacts to SD Storage:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Go to “Phone Management”
    3. Tap “Backup & Reset” > “LG backup & Restore”
    4. Go to “Backup data” > “SD Card”
    5. Select the contacts you want to back up and tap “Start”
    6. Once completed, tap “Done”

    Back Up Media Files:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Access “Backup & Reset” > “LG Backup”
    3. Tap “Backup & Restore”
    4. Select “Media data” and deselect the other options
    5. Expand “Media data” and select the media files you want to back up
    6. Tap “Start” > “Done”

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to the PC via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” on the phone, at the prompt or from the Notification area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the PC
    4. Navigate to the media backup files or the files ending with the “.sbf” extension located on the phone
    5. Copy and paste the files to the desired backup location on the PC
    6. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the phone from the USB port
