    Minimize Third-Party App Usage:

NOTE: Certain third-party apps perform regular background processes and this can potentially affect the device’s battery life even when the apps are not actively in use. By disabling or removing unused third-party apps, you can potentially improve battery life in the long run.

    1. Launch “Settings” and go to “Apps”
    2. Switch to “All apps” or “Downloaded”
    3. Select the desired app
    4. Tap “Disable” or “Force stop”

    3. Select an account type and the desired account
    4. Change the available settings to reduce sync as desired

Keep the OS Up To Date:

NOTE: OS updates can potentially improve battery life and thus it’s recommended to keep the OS up to date at all times. To check if new updates are available for download:

    1. Launch “Settings”
    2. Go to “About phone” and tap “System updates”
    3. Check if new updates are available for download
    4. Follow the prompts to download and apply the update
