Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can log in with the account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for use on the Android device.

    1. Open the Internet browser on the computer and visit https://www.icloud.com/
    2. Sign in with your iCloud account and access “Contacts
    3. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    4. Follow one of the processes below:

      • Connect the Android phone to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use the Contacts app to import it to your phonebook

    Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with Internet access, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app that can back up and share contacts over email.

    1. Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
    2. Launch the app and use it to create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
    3. Compose an email ensuring the vCard is attached
    4. Send the email to your own address and switch to the Android device
    5. On the Android phone, open the email and download the vCard
    6. Import the vCard to your phonebook using the Contacts app

    Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Another third-party app for iOS and Android you can use is Send Anywhere which can transfer content over a peer-to-peer connection without requiring access to a computer.

    1. Install the app on both phones via their app stores
    2. Open the app on both devices
    3. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
    4. Select a transfer method on one of the phones and follow the prompts to complete the process
