iPhone and Xolo Era 4X have different system, so you can't transfer contacts different. It's better to transfer files through 3rd party tool, such as MobiKin Transfer for Mobile, it will help you finish the task easily.

    Share iPhone Contacts using iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, and contacts, with the Android phone.

    1. Connect the iPhone to the computer via USB
    2. Open iTunes on the computer and go to “Info
    3. Enable “Sync Contacts With” and sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    4. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
    5. Once done, switch to the Android phone and sign in with the same account used in iTunes
    6. Set the account to sync contacts with the Android phone

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up to your iCloud account, you can log in with your account on a computer with Internet access and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Head down to https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Sign in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts
    4. Select the desired contacts and click “Settings” > “Export vCard
    5. Follow one of the steps below:
      • Launch the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
      • Connect the Android device to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and use the Contacts app to import the vCard to your phonebook

Share iPhone Contacts via My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with Internet access you can also share your iPhone contacts via third-party apps like My Contacts Backup for iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts via email.

    1. Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
    2. Open the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
    3. Write an email and attach the vCard
    4. Send the email to your own address and switch to the Android phone
    5. Open the email and download the vCard
    6. Import the vCard to your phonebook using the Contacts app

    Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third-party app you can use on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts and other types of files without requiring access to a computer.

    1. Install the app on both phones from their respective app stores
    2. Open the app on both phones
    3. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
    4. Select the contacts you want to share and a transfer method on one of the devices
    5. Follow the prompts to complete the transfer
