    Block Incoming Calls:

    1. Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Tap “Settings”
    3. Tap “Blocked numbers” and perform one of the following steps:
      • To block a phone number: enter it and make sure the match criteria is set to “Default”
      • To block unknown callers: enable “Block unknown callers”
      • To block a contact from the call log or phonebook: Access “Contacts” or “Recents” and select the phone number/contact

    Unblock Incoming Calls:

    1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
    2. Tap “Settings” > “Blocked numbers”
    3. Tap the “-“ symbol next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

    Block Messages:

    1. Launch “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Blocked messages” > “Block numbers”
    4. Enter the phone number whose messages you want to block and tap “+”. Alternatively you can select a contact from “Inbox” or “Contacts”

    Unblock Messages:

    1. Open “Messages”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “Block numbers”
    4. Tap “-“ next to the phone number/contact you want to unblock

    Reset the Call Log:

    1. Open “Phone” and access “Recents”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
    3. Select the desired call log entry or tap “All”
    4. When ready, tap “Delete”

    Enable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “More settings”
    4. Go to “Call forwarding” and select “Always forward”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to or select a contact from the phonebook
    6. Tap “Turn On”

    Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

    1. Open “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “More settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered” “When unreachable” or “When busy”
    5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding. Alternatively, select a contact from the phonebook
    6. Tap “Turn On”

    Disable Call Forwarding:

    1. Launch “Phone”
    2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
    3. Tap “More Settings” > “Call forwarding”
    4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
    5. Tap “Turn Off”
