    I know some methods for transferring files from PC to Samsung.First, Samsung's own tools can help you transfer files from your computer. This is a common and safe method.Second,3rd party tool,MobiKin Transfer,can connect device to computer and enables user transfer contacts directly.This is a effictive way.

    Transfer Audio Files from a PC:

    1. Connect the phone to the computer via USB
    2. Enable “File Transfer” / “Media device” on the phone when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer and navigate to the audio files on the PC
    4. Copy and paste the desired files to the phone storage in the “Ringtones” and /or “Notifications” directories
    5. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open “Settings”
    2. Access “Sound and vibration”
    3. Ta “Ringtone”
    4. Select the desired ringtone and tap “Back”

    Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

    NOTE: Custom ringtones can’t be set for contacts located on the phone’s internal memory or SIM Card.

    1. Open “Contacts”
    2. Tap and hold the desired contact
    3. Tap “Details “ > “Edit” > “more”
    4. Tap “Ringtone” and enable “Allow storage permissions”
    5. Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”

    Change Email Notification Settings:

    1. Open “Email” and tap “Menu”
    2. Tap “Settings” > “Manage Contacts”
    3. Select your email address
    4. Tap “Notification Settings” > “Email notifications”
    5. Enable or disable “Vibrate” and “Notifications”

    Change Emergency Alert Settings:

    1. Launch “Messages” and tap “Menu”
    2. Tap “Settings” > “Emergency alert settings”
    3. Tap “Emergency alerts”
    4. Enable or disable “AMBER alerts” “Imminent severe alerts” and “Imminent extreme alerts”
