    Back Up App Data:

    1. Open Settings and access Cloud and account
    2. Tap Backup & Restore
    3. Enable Back up my data to back up data to your account
    4. Enable Automatic Restore to allow data to be restored automatically when signing in with the backup account or reinstalling apps

    Back Up Contacts to an Account:

    1. Open Settings
    2. Access Cloud and account
    3. Tap Accounts and select the desired account
    4. Enable Contacts
    5. Tap menu > Sync Now

    Back Up Contacts to SD:

    1. Open Contacts and tap Menu
    2. Tap Settings
    3. Switch to All contacts
    4. Tap Import/Export > Export to SD
    5. Tap OK to confirm

    Back Up Media Files to Phone Storage:

    1. Open My Files
    2. Access Internal storage
    3. Tap Menu > Share
    4. Select the desired contacts and tap Share again
    5. Select the desired backup location on the phone

    Back Up Media Files on a Windows PC:

    1. Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
    2. Enable File Transfer / Media device on the phone when prompted or from the Notification area
    3. Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the media files on the phone storage
    4. Copy and paste the files to the desired backup location on the PC storage
    5. Once done, eject the phone storage and safely disconnect the device form the USB cord
