    We have a customer here with a locked Apple iPhone XR. If you are not sure if your iPhone is locked or unlocked, just try inserting a non accepted sim card (any sim card not from the original carrier of the phone) and power on. If you are receiving the message "sim not supported" this means your iPhone XR is still locked and cannot be used with the network provider sim card of your choice. You will need to factory unlock your iPhone XR to use it with another service provider whether you are traveling or just want to change to a provider with a better plan.
