So I have an issue that I hope someone can help me with I used to have a so called friend that told me and showed me a component that he said was highly illegal that could hack a cellphone and make it so that any other electronic thing around it like tv's,radios pretty much anything digital become a source of spying on someone and that he had software that can get information about anyone. First off is there such a thing? The reason I ask is that I am sure he has hacked my cellphone and/or apartment (spying on me) I can hear someone (a couple voices) constantly talking about and to/at me. So I was hoping someone could give me some advice on this situation.
