    I have now waited a week for Samsung to resolve the issue with Samsung mail.
    I have been unable to get Gmail on my phone.
    This messes with both my business and my personal life.

    Is Samsung doing anything to resolve this issue? Is their a time line?
    I can't be tied to a desktop/laptop for email service.
