    - Grow your network - not with other people like you but people stablished here working in the industry
    - Present and speak out in meetups- nobody cares if your English skills are not perfect
    - Apply for all the jobs, seriously, my friend only got a job after applying for 200 jobs in one week. Here is good service https://au.jobsora.com/ for this purpose.
    - "Try before you buy" - since sponsoring is a bit risky for companies, try to work with them as an intern or part time in a project so they know your work, but don't work for free (nobody likes desperate people).
