iPhone and Google Pixel 3 XL have different system ,so it can't transfer contacts from iPhone to Google Pixel directly.Use Google backup,iTunes,iCloul is the uausl way.But this method is troublesome.I thinks the easiest and most efficient way is to use phone to phone data transfer program, such as MobiKin Transfer for Mobile. It will enable you to transfer contacts from iPhone to Google Pixel quickly.https://www.mobikin.com/transfer-for-mobile/

Cool. Actually, the direct way to Transfer iPhone Contacts to a Google Pixel 3 XL is using Google account and Phone Transfer program. And if they are both in your hands, and there is a pc. My suggestion is Phone Transfer program. With its help, you can directly transfer contacts from iPhone to a Google Pixel 3 XL from computer via usb cables or wifi connecting.

    Share iPhone Contacts via iTunes:

NOTE: Using iTunes on a computer with Internet access, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data and contacts with the Android device.

    1. Connect the iPhone to the PC via USB
    2. Open iTunes on the computer
    3. Go to “Info
    4. Enable “Sync Contacts with” and sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
    5. Click “Apply” to begin the sync
    6. Once done, switch to the Android phone and log in with the account used in iTunes
    7. Allow the account to sync contacts with the Android phone

    Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud:

NOTE: If your iPhone contacts are backed up on your iCloud account, you can sign in with the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in a vCard file for Android use.

    1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
    2. Visit https://www.icloud.com/
    3. Log in with your iCloud account
    4. Go to “Contacts” and select the desired contacts
    5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard” and follow one of these steps:
      • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to Google Contacts, or:
      • Connect the Android device to the PC via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage and import it to your phonebook using the “Contacts” app

    Using My Contacts Backup:

NOTE: While the methods above require a computer with Internet access, alternatively you can share your iPhone contacts using third-party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS third-party app you can use to back up and share contacts via email.

    1. Install the app on the iPhone from the App Store
    2. Open the app and create a vCard of your iPhone contacts
    3. Compose an email and ensure the vCard is attached
    4. Send the email to your own address
    5. On the Android device, open the email and download the vCard
    6. Use the Contacts app to import the vCard to your phonebook

    Using Send Anywhere:

NOTE: Another third-party app you can use to share contacts is Send Anywhere on Android and iOS. The app uses a peer-to-peer connection to share contacts and other types of files without requiring computer access.

    1. Install the app on both devices form their respective app stores
    2. Launch the app on both phones
    3. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
    4. Select the desired contacts and a transfer method on one of the phones
    5. Follow the prompts to complete the process
