I'm not 100% on this, however I *think* it's because the graphics are compressed. Go to Settings >> Preferences, click on "Internet Properties (WWW)".

    A dialog box will show...

Click on the "Web Graphics" tab, and check "Never compress graphics".

Worked for me.... hope it helps!

If you have Internet Explorer installed, try using that to save images. Assuming you have Windows, if you do not have IExplore installed, I can guide you through the process.

    help!
when I try to save graphics I can only saye them as .art? and I can't open them, this is something stupid AOL does, is there any way of getting round it instead of copying them pasting and saving?

    Thanks
