    I have an old cell phone that is not activated through any phone company. When I dial a number, I get a recorded voice that say, "I f you care to make a call, you must use a credit card or calling card."
    I assume I can't receive a call but, does it mean if I had a calling card I could actually make a call?
    If anyone has an answer I'd appreciate hearing from you. and also is there a particular Calling Card that would be best.
