    Alright disregard that... I just converted them to .wav, resized, and converted back. But it doesn't play on my phone -- anyone have any ideas why?

    Is there a program to edit the size of an MP3 I want to send to my phone? It's pointless to have the whole song because I frankly don't want it... but one part, I do... so there's my dilemma... just need a program.
