does your phone support wap??
If yes then go to
www.tagtag.com
and make your own wap site - you can right click the wallpapers here and save them to your computer then upload them to tagtag and browse the address tagtag gives you with your phone...
otherwise you need to get a data cable - I have one for my nec and it is faster and cheaper if you plan on keeping the phone for a while - you can change wallpapers and ringtones whenever you feel the need
