what you have to do to download anything to your phone is to make 3 new folders on your desktop and call 1 :songs 2nd:movies 3rd:images then when you open up phone manager and open contents u will see 3 new folders at the bottom of the folders list remember though you need to put the songs or images or vids into the folders first before you open up phone manager . when that is done all you is this: in the folder list you will see a plus sign against your lg phone open this and you will see 3 folders leave them in view then say click on the song folder or the other 2 folders your made and you will see the contents of them just drag the song into the correct folder on your phone and it will copy them over the phone manager softeware does work but the people at customer support forgot to add this info to the help files.
