normally games are in .zip file, have u unzipped the file with winzip?

hey guys, i recently got a 7250i, at the time i didnt have any extra cash on me to get a proper ird connector, so i got a cheap serial port cable...

i downloaded the trial for oxygen phone manager, and i tried uploading a few games, but it doesnt seem to upload it properly... it completes about 2% and says failed, now when i check under the games option in the phone, it show 4 names labeld "unknown" i tried to load them, but the only option showed is delete, and when i tried to delete them it says action failed! can anyone tell me how to remove those unknown files and then how to properly upload a game....
