    im not sure if i understand u correctly...i also dont know if i explained myself clearly enough...i was putting ringtones on the phone and for some reason, when i would add one, the name would show up twice...one of them would work and the other one wouldnt..for example one of the ringers i have is called so icy and it shows up twice..one of them works the other doesnt...in bitpim only one of the names shows up...so how would i go about fixing this problem....

    Go into Bitpim and replace all the ringtones with the ones that you want on there... but don't include the one you want to erase. Instead of adding the ringtones, choose to replace all.

    i have a lg vx4500 and i was wondering how to delete the ringtones using bitpim....i am able to get the ringtone to stop working on the phone but the name still shows up on the phone, so i hit erase from the phone, however, it doesnt erase. it is still there...any help will be appreciated..thanks in advance.
