I cna pull contacts off my razr via mobile phone tools 3.1 but cannot sync my outlook calendar to my phone. Anyone had any trouble with this in the past?

It gives me a check mark and says completed - synchronize calendar. However I think its synchronizing with the calendar inside of mobile phone tools isntead of the calendar instead of outlook. I can add an event in mobile phone tools calendar and it reminds me on the phone but it doesnt see anything with outlook.

I am hitting the "synchronize" button inside of outlook to start the process.
