I thought you were inquiring about cellphone software... (ie. J2ME,SMS...) you want ringtone sequencing software like Cubase, Sonar or Cakewalk... there should be another more appropriate forum for that on here... here's a link for you , however. I also am unaware as to what phone you have and what extensions are acceptable, not all phones are created equally. If custom or midi ringtones are allowed then one of these listed here will serve that purpose. You may also visit the company website for a complimentary one month trial with many of these to see if you like the particular software.
