    I would try an external antenna first and then if that does not work go with an amplifier setup.

    In a vehicle you could by an amplifer and outside antenna

    I have a typical .6 watt phone. When out in the countryside I frequently get lousy reception. I miss the days of my 3 watt phones! What is a good accessory I could purchase that would juice up the power and the phone's receptive ability when riding out in spots that have poor service?
