It's actually 25 cents; 15 cents nights and weekends. You don't have a set number of minutes available, so, you'll deplete your account balance depending on how much and what time of the day you use your phone. If you make most of your calls at night, you'll have more minutes available.

    For $20 @ 25 cents a minute you'd have 80 minutes available
    For $20 @ 15 cents a minute you'd have 133 minutes

That is NOT a total of 213 minutes!. That is the number of minutes at each rate if you JUST make phone calls and JUST during those times of the day.

Most people make a combination of day/night calls, so your actual number of minutes will vary. Of course these numbers are only for phone calls. You'll have much less available using the walkie talkie and the web.
