i860 - Can you use it as an mp3 player?

I remember reading somewhere that you could use the i860 as an mp3 player, but now i can't find where i read it. Go figure huh. If anybody knows, please reply. Thanks

Not really. Yes I860 will play mp3 files but it was designed to play them as ringtones specs say it only has 1.8 megs of memory so you won't get many songs. Plus any thing else on card pictures movies games and addresses would limit how much room for songs. Not much bigger than a computer flopy disk. But that might be internal memory. I dont know how much memory the card has I have a few mp3 files on mine put they are short clips.

Phone memory says 25702 kb which is ~25 mb. good luck

nahh u cant use it as an mp3 player, i tryed it and 1 song took up all my memory, what they mean by the mp3 is u can download ringtones that are mp3
