I have some voicemails that can only be saved for about 5 more days, so I need to figure this out. I want to find a way to hook up my phone to my computer so I can use an audio capture program to capture my voicemails for work. If I can find a connector that works, that would be great, as I can hook it up to my car stereo as well.
Basically, I bought a normal stereo connector convertor. 3.5mm to 2.5mm convertor (i think thats right). The i860 has a 2.5mm jack for headsets. A normal headphone jack is 3.5mm i think. I bought a convertor from radioshack, but when I plug it in, I get no audio. If i push it in a little bit, and leave it dangling, I can hear the audio, but since its dangling, the sound goes in and out all the time. So when I push it all the way in, i get nothing.
I also have the jabra bluetooth headset adapter:

Theres an adapter that plugs into the i860 2.5mm jack that gives off a bluetooth signal to the earpiece...so i was looking to see if theres a different adapter that can plug into my computer that will pick up the bluetooth signal? Dont think so, but that was another possiblity.
Is there some way to hook my phone up securely to a normal headphone wire/jack? Its hard to explain, so this is a picture of what I have:
