If the person really wanted to track the phone, they could through GPS. BUT, That rarly happens so you have nothing to worry about.

nextel can track phones....nexgen you found this phone and worry about it being reported stolen and u being caught correct? bascially, unless u call and try to switch ur acct to the s/n of the phone u found...they won't come after u...not in their interest. now if u call they might do something but i doubt it. just don't worry about switching it...just realize that insurance won't cover it...but u can ignore that anyway because it's a nascar and no ASC is allowed to repair a nascar
