i have been told that a part of nextel did not merge in the new england area, they remained separate and are called Nextel Partners. i am just making a guess here, but you might be having trouble because of some contention between which towers belong to which company. www.nextel.com now takes you to sprint.com, but the nextel partners are www.getnextelnow.com
like i said it's just a guess, but hopefully this helps.

please stop making multiple posts, it looks like you are "junk-posting" to get CPF $$$ and that's very frowned upon here. it will sometimes get you banned and then you wont be able to download anything here ever.
please check the FAQ for proper conduct in the forum, and welcome to CPF.

The merger has not caused any network problems. There is no reason any network problems should occur due to the merger because the networks DID NOT integrate.
