Re: Nextel Sim Question
Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with information on unlocking an iDEN phone. Our sources tell us that many of the iDEN unlocking methods used on the internet are actually illegal and potentially harmful to your SouthernLinc, Nextel, or Boost phone (ie reverse-engineered, pirated, copyrighted technologies). My advice to you would be try and get SouthernLinc to unlock the phone for you, they are the only ones who can safely and 100% legally do that for you.
If they ask you why you need it unlocked, you may have to give them a valid excuse, like temporarily using your phone with a prepaid service in another country to save money while travelling (make sure you pick a country that actually has IDEN service.
If this doesn't help you may find better answers with Google and a few well-placed keywords.
EDIT: OH YEAH DON'T PUT THAT SIM CARD IN THAT LOCKED PHONE!Last edited by Brad729; 05-30-2006 at 03:43 PM.
