For the best interest of us all, everyone who wishes may post their iDEN phone model and any other information you would like to relay from your experiences (ex.: pros/cons, features, issue, experiences, etc). Most issues you experience with your phone are those resulting from network difficulties and low bandwidth.

Re: iDEN Phone Rollcall
I use an i530 for work, but not as much as I'd like to say I do. What I have experienced so far with it, it has been reliable; very rugged durable phone.
The only thing I don't like about it is that there is no external caller ID, but we use if for our courier service so there is really not a need for that feature in this case.
I seriously want the new i580 for personal use and am researching that currently.
I would just like to point out one thing that my boy Diehard didn't mention (if that's cool with you 'bro); potential problems with iDEN are also largely due to the network itself and not just the phones. However, Sprint has said they are not abandoning the technology and are looking towards not only improvements, but also how they plan on 'replacing' the technology without skipping a beat. Only time will tell...

7100i. Couldn't live without it. Keep NSP on your account and swap them out every so often. For some reason, they do get flakey after a while! I don't get it.

I own a nextel I870. And it sucks. So people do not waste your money on it. There's no calculator. Nor clear pictures once you save it.
