You can take it to an ASC to get it swaped for $35. If its new they can do motorola warrently claim

If you find the original codeplug then you can boot it into flashstrap mode and load the codeplug to it. You may need to rename the codeplug to your phone's serial number and drop it in the BACKUP CODEPLUGS directory of your RSS Folder then try a RECOVERY.
