Nextel Customer - Need HELP

I have a nextel i870 - Motorola phone.
My friend has cingular - Motorola phone.
We both have bluetooth... we can connect to one another's phone. She will try to send me a ringtone and it will transfer it to my phone... however when it is done, a message pops up and says - Untransferable object type or something like that... Please help me fix this problem

Can anyone help me? Someone said there was a website where I could unlock the phone or something like that.

I'm guessing your getting problems since it's 2 different kinds of phones and providers/networks.

Sorry I don't really know if there is a solution or not. I've never heard of this sort of ringtone transfer over bluetooth being possible, but I could be wrong.

Nextel phones cannot transfer data,ringtones,wallpapers via bluetooth to any other carriers not even to its own. Cingular can. Buy the ringtone or purchase myjal.
