Adding SMS Service Center Number

  1. From the Start screen, tap the Messaging tile.
  2. Then touch the More icon -> tap settings -> scroll down to and touch the SMS center number field and enter the desired number. Keep in mind that the default number is +12063130004.
  3. Finally, tap save.

Deleting Picture Messages (MMS)

  1. From the Start screen, tap the Messaging tile.
  2. If you want to delete an entire MMS conversation thread, go to the threads screen -> then touch and hold the conversation thread -> tap delete -> touch delete again.
  3. If you wish to delete an individual MMS message, go to the threads screen, select the desired conversation thread -> tap and hold the MMS message you want to delete -> touch delete -> touch delete again.

Deleting Text Messages (SMS)

  1. From the Start screen, tap the Messaging tile.
  2. Then go to the threads screen, select a conversation thread -> touch and hold the text message you want to delete -> tap delete -> touch delete again to confirm.

Save Pictures Received in a Message (MMS)

  1. From the Start screen, tap the Messaging tile.
  2. Then go and select the picture you want to save -> touch the More icon and tap save to phone.
