Contact Management

Add a New Contact:

  1. Tap "People" and swipe to contacts
  2. Tap the "+" icon
  3. Assuming you are signed in to multiple accounts, select the one you wish to save the contact to
  4. Enter the contact's name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  5. Tap "Save"

Import / Export Contacts from the SD Card:

  1. Swipe the Start screen left and go to "Apps"
  2. Tap "Transfer my data"
  3. Press menu "…" and select to "Import from sd card" or "Export to sd card"
  4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the process

Import / Export Contacts from the SIM Card:

  1. Tap "People" on the Start screen
  2. Tap "…" > "Settings"
  3. Tap "Import from SIM"
  4. Tap "Import" to import all of your contacts or:
  5. Tap "Clear" and select the individual boxes associated with the desired contacts

Assign a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Open "People" and swipe to "Contacts"
  2. Select the contact you want to add
  3. Tap and hold the contact's phone number and tap "add to speed dial"

Delete a Contact:

  1. Open "People"
  2. Swipe to "Contacts"
  3. Tap the desired contact
  4. Press "…" > "Delete"

Caller Group Management

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Tap the "People" tile on the Start screen
  2. Swipe the screen left or right to access the "Rooms" and "Groups" page
  3. Tap the "+" icon
  4. Tap "Groups" and enter the desired name for the group
  5. Tap the "save" icon at the bottom
  6. To add contacts, tap "+" and select the desired phonebook entries

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Tap "People" on the Start screen
  2. Access the "Rooms" and "Groups" page
  3. Tap and hold the group you wish to add members to
  4. Tap "Members" > "+"
  5. Tap the contact you want to add
  6. Tap the "check mark" icon and repeat these last two steps if you want to add more contacts
