Does ur country not sell pirated/non-branded covers??

Over here they even sell 3310-3650 conversion covers, ie a 3650 cover in a 3310 phone.
What you lookin' here for ehhh?

How about the grey market? I've never been to california, so I don't know. But if there is a grey market then you can see the cover and even check its quality. I think uBid, and eBay also sell them. Trust me it's a pain registering in eBay, god knows what all they need. I've never tried registering on uBid though.
EDIT:It does not matter if they say nokia, coz over here every pirated cover says nokia, and you can't even make the difference between a pirated cover and a real X-press On®, except for the plastic qualityLast edited by ski_power; 02-21-2004 at 04:33 AM.

Pirated covers
hmm,... interesting,... In Malaysia, as they print Nokia on the cover itself,... it's illegal to sell it,... but since they don't print Nokia on the cover itself here,... it isn't illegal....

So you mean it's actually legal to sell those covers.
Nokia could file a design infringement suit, but I suppose malaysia is like India, you try to suit just for the heck of it you'll be j****d yourself. What you lookin' here for ehhh?

It's supposedly legal here cuz none have any brand, let alone 'Nokia',... so they can't catch them (stores selling un- original covers)....
I'm not so sure about ur country though,... Unless the piracy rate is exceptionally high,... i don't really think Nokia will take much action...

Same here. No one's really bothered, even PC CD's, you can buy them pirated on the roads itself.(around $2), there's an entire area(not lane, not street, but area) that sells pirated CD's and noone's even bothered. Irony is that even policemen come there and buy pirated Cds

Yeah,.. probably almost the same situation in Malaysia as well,...
Times Square's (not the one in US) probably one of the most popular places in KL and it has lots of pirated CD shops,...

All this is because nowadays software is more expensive than hardware.

right well getting back to my question (no i'm not self-centered) i am registered with ebay already but i haven't found anything like what i'm looking for.
i have a black and silver faceplate, both from ebay, that have nokia written on them. I'm pretty sure they were originally OEM plates but where spray painted or something cuz they have the insides engraved and everything, but i know nokia doesn't make those colors for 7250i, plus they don't have accompanying keypads with nokia written on them. i don't really care who made it tho as long as it still says nokia on it and doesn't suck too bad.

speaking of the pirating thing, when i went to beijing they had this place called the silk alley that was a bunch of independent shops (in an alley) that sold a bunch of pirated crap. they had shoes that said nike on the outside on reebok on the inside. there were scary guys walking around in trench coats stopping all the kids and saying nothing more than "cds?"

Oh,... so u've decided to get a 7250i cover afterall huh,... never mind if it's fake or anything,... if it works and looks nice,... then that's about it...
