    hey vik,...

Yeah,.. the 3530 is a s30 phone... so the games u downloaded should be able to work.... Yeah,.. there is lots of s30 games here but there are more s40 games,... so if u might want a s40 phone,... a 6610's cheap and good,... (just a suggestion though...)

Ur from India too? a member here called ski_power's also from India,... so u if u need help,.. u might want to ask him,...

    Howdy vikod,
Don't buy a 3510i(this is available here) or a 3530. My frineds(different obviously) have got both. It isn't very appealing. Like @ndres says, get a S40 phone.
Since you thought of 3530, you obviously didn't have:
    1. Infra Red.
    2. GPRS Modem.
    3. Good screen resolution.
    in mind.
If you really don't want ir and gprs modem, i would suggest a 3100, as it is a basic S40 phone. Moving higher I would suggest a 6610 instead of 7210, as it's more ergonomic(not sure of *****ing!!!) to use.

(PS: Bro is pestering, so later more in this!)

They aren't really much difference between a 6610 and 7210 except for their keypad,... so it doesn't really matter which one u get,.... either one's fine...

Yes you can get decent datacables on baazee, but remember they are not DKU-5. Did you consider the 3100. It's just a little costlier than the 3530, and worth the price.
GPRS modem means that you can connect the phone to the PC and use it as a PC Modem for the Internet. If you use orange then the PC charges would be Rs.499 per month, but would be a waste if the phone doesn't support GPRS modem capability.

3530 supports GPRS class 8. The screen quality of the 3530 is not very good, trust me.
Holy batman, the 3100 now costs Rs. 8500.

This is a budget color phone.

Did you check the price? WHat are they telling? Usually, you'll need to bargain ferociously to get a good deal. Amd, also check the phone thoroughly before giving the greens(Money) to them as once the money is in their hands, then nothing can be done.

There's a lot of difference. Firstly series 40 has a HUGE game library as compared to series 30. And you are buying a cellie for the gamie.
Next the resolution on the series 40 is much better than the series 30 models.

    Series 30=96x65
    Series 40=128x128

This means that the images on the S40 will look clearer, and neater. Also, the S40 phones support MMS send and receive while the Series 30 phones support only receiving MMSs.
Overall the series 40 phones will not get obsolete so fast, while the Series 30 phones are already obsolete.

    Did This Help?
