Completely Useless Cell Phone?

Hello everyone...I have a Nokia 3200. This phone is great other than the crappy display, lousy reception...weird echo and a handful of other things. I cannot perform certain functions like sending a photo to someone or accessing the internet. When I try and send a photo it just says failed. When I try to access the internet it says "check IP address". Can anyone help me with these two things? I have no idea even where to start...let me know...

I'de say screw it and get a new one. Phone companys are always willing to give out phones if you do a contract to subscribe to them for a long time.

Did it ever work? Was probably improperly setup, try contacting your provider.

Like srat said, just call up your provider! And dey will send you the new settings to your phone!
