Search for and download a torrent client. there are many. then go to a website listing torrents. Search for "Diego". Download, click to down load and load the small downloaded file into your torrent client. Then come back in a few hours and your software should be downloaded. But dont be doin anything illegal now! lol I do this on my shet box(windows xp machine). Cause my Mac is my heart and soul and I dont really trust the torrent clients. Spyware and all that shet.

You sure you are using an MMC card? Sometimes folks get an SD card and try and put it into these phones. The cards are very similar in size. The SD cards are a little thicker than the MMC, other than that they look the same.

I have a nokia 6255i, which is very similar to your model. I was able to install a 1gig MMC card and fill it with music with no troubles. Once you have the music on the phone, go to GALLERY, find the song you want to use, choose OPTIONS while the song is highlighted and then pick SET AS RINGTONE.

Somthing to try. dont see how it would get around digital rights management, but I could try non the less. Although the cable is cheaper than that MiniSD cards.

What's the size of the program?
I found 3 of them on torrents...
    6.5mb
    35mb
    23.7mb

    I'm downloading all 3.
And what do I do after I download them?
    How do I install it?
    What do I open with?

Thanks for any help you guys can give!

    Gotcha.
My phone didn't come with a USB cord.
    Which was pretty weird.
So now I gotta go out and get one!

Search on Torrents sites, that's where I found it.
    torrentreactor.com or .net

Re: Nokia 6265i From Telus *ringtone help*

I have just purchased the Nokia 6265i from TELUS myself. I also have a 1 GB MiniSD card to go with it. The cable that TELUS sells in their "connect" kit for $49.99 will do what you need. THE GUYS IN THE STORE ARE ON GLUE!! It will work for a file transfer mode and as a Data Enchancement Mode. I even have the screenshot for Diego to help people find and select the proper selection to make your mp3's and AAC's as ringtones.

Send me an email [email protected] (remove the NOSPAM) and I can send you the screenshot. I can't do anything about the software, but suggest LimeWire. I personally tried torrents and found nothing (Sad but true)

As far as I know you would need the USB cable from TELUS. Both TELUS Mobility and the authorized retailers should either be able to sell you the cable or order it for you.

Telus Mobility Dealers in Calgary & Area, Alberta | CompareCellular.com

This link will give you a list to dealers in Calgary that carry TELUS products. Has phone numbers and such to be able to contact them. Good luck and happy modding.
